Cancellation Policies:

61 days or more: non-refundable Club Med Membership Fee/Cancellation Fee $100 per person
60 to 31 days: 25% Accommodation penalty fee + non-refundable Club Med Membership Fee/Cancellation Fee $100 per person
30 to 15 days: 50% Accommodation penalty fee + non-refundable Club Med Membership Fee/Cancellation Fee $100 per person
14 days or less: 100% Accommodation penalty fee + non-refundable Club Med Membership Fee/Cancellation Fee $100 per person

Travel Insurance:

The approximate cost for travel protection is $120 dollars if you are under 60 years old and Florida resident, we will contact you if you are outside those parameters with personalized quote. Please indicate if you’d like to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel Insurance per person is non-refundable, and optional; however, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Club Med includes a basic trip interruption insurance with low levels of coverage $1000 trip interruption coverage and $5000 medical coverage (no dental) in case you get injured while on your trip. This does not include medical evacuation coverage or travel insurance compensation for missing your trip if you are sick or injured before your trip. We highly recommend purchasing additional travel insurance to protect your investment and proper medical coverage/evacuation.

Passport & Visas:

Each U.S. citizen must have a valid passport. Expiry date of passports should be at least 6 months after the return date of tour. Holders of non-U.S. passports should contact their nearest consulate and inquire about the necessary passport or visa documentation required for entry into the countries visited.

Due to airline security measures, your passport name must match your airline ticket name and your tour reservation name or you may be denied aircraft boarding.
